Pricing
The plan does not follow the number of pages but how much the site stores and how much traffic it takes: pages cost nothing, a media library and a database do. Every plan states exactly where the limit sits before an upgrade is needed.
What the client pays
This is the subscription the end client takes with Rinsly: including when a partner designed the site. The client always owns the site and the data. We invoice in advance, monthly or yearly; paying yearly gets you a month free, two on Growth. All prices exclude 21% VAT. This is what you pay Rinsly; if a design studio invoices you themselves, their price applies.

Two routes. Paid build: a custom site from €2,500 (excl. VAT); the exact price depends on size and complexity. You receive a clear quote up front, and the hosting subscription is cancellable monthly afterwards with one month’s notice. A paid build can, by arrangement, be spread over the first year.
Free build: if you commit to three years (36 months) of the hosting subscription, we build at no build fee for a typical business or brochure site.
Both routes are real. The three-year minimum term is what pays for the free build; after that the subscription continues and is just as monthly-cancellable.
That depends on the route you choose. If you pay for the build, the agreement is ongoing and cancellable monthly with one month’s notice. If you choose the free build, a minimum term of 36 months applies to the subscription; after that it is just as monthly-cancellable.
From Rinsly, or from the design studio that made your site: the studio chooses. Where the studio invoices you, you agree the price with them. Your agreement about the website runs through Rinsly either way, which is what protects you: if the studio stops, your site carries on with us without interruption.
On Managed and Growth, a fixed number of hours each month covers small layout and bugfix work by us. Words, pictures and pages you manage yourself in the CMS; that is the design. If you want us to change content, we can do that within those hours, but it draws from the same pool. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Care has no included time: you handle content yourself, and we quote technical work separately.
Anything beyond the included hours, and all work on Care, is additional work at €95 an hour (excl. VAT), agreed up front. Larger extensions or new functionality we quote separately, with a clear scope.
